• It will be your duty to notify famororganic.com for any unauthorised use of your account or password noticed by you in any case of breach of security.
• Famororganic.com will not be liable and can not be held responsible for any damage that arises from your failure to comply. 

Terms of Sale 

After placing your order with famororganic.com, you agree to abide by the below-enlisted terms & conditions.

• All the orders that are placed by you are subject to the availability of that particular desired product.
• After your order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment of an email stating the conformational state of your order. Moreover, this acknowledgment email does not mean that your order is accepted as your order will only be accepted after the payment is received from you through debit/credit card/net banking/ UPI payment. 
• An authorization check is then carried out on your payment method after we receive your order. This is a standardized protocol and is carried out only to make sure that you have sufficient funds in order to carry forward with the transaction without any hindrance.
• We try our best to make sure that descriptions of every product/service and their set prices are depicted accurately on the Website. However, a technical error might occur. If we discover at any stage that the mentioned price at which you have placed the order is incorrect, we will try our best to inform you at the earliest. In any such condition, you will be given the following options:

2. Applicable Law

Jurisdictional Issues/Sale in India only

This agreement shall be overlooked and interpreted, and made under the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction will be in Delhi. 

Every product on Famor Organic is currently presented only for sale in India until changes are made. Any user who willingly accesses this Website from other countries or locations other than India is doing this of their own will. The Company will not hold responsibility for the supply of products/refund of any products ordered from other locations/Countries other than India, under local law. 

Guarantee of Product/Services

Famor Organic does not entitle you to any guarantee of accuracy on the basis of the outer look and appearance of the final product that you have ordered. The quality information of the products and other materials purchased that are taken from different websites may not meet the expectations.
